Shipping Policy

We offer delivery all over Pakistan.

Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 250 applies to all orders across Pakistan. Orders above PKR 5,000 are eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

Payment Options
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online card payments for your convenience.

Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact. We do not accept returns for damaged or worn items.
